Q: Are your wheels new?
A: Our wheels are used wheels that have been professionally reconditioned back to manufacturer specifications. We take safety as out number one priority when considering wheels to be refinished. All of our wheels go through a rigorous inspection process prior to purchase, then again prior to recondition, and once more prior to shipping the wheel(s) out to our customers.
Q: My steel wheel is starting to show signs of rust. Is this normal?
A: Steel Wheels are prone to rust especially in high weather areas or seasons. You might expect to see rust after a couple of weeks depending on where you live and driving conditions.
Q: Are your wheels genuine rims?
A: All of our wheels are factory original stock wheels and rims. We specialize only in OEM rims and wheels. We do offer replicas of certain wheels, but those will be clearly noted.
Q: What if you don't have my wheel in stock?
A: That's ok. If in our 30,000+ sq ft warehouse we do not have your wheel, we have many resources all over the United States and will do our best to locate the wheel(s) that you need.
Q: Do you ship out of the US?
A: We have the ability to ship worldwide. Currently we do not ship outside the United States, but please call StockWheels.com for a shipping quote outside the United States.
Q: Do these wheels come with the center cap?
A: All of our wheels are sold WITHOUT center caps. Center caps are available for purchase for an additional price.

Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Ground shipping generally ranges in price from $25-$65 per wheel. Express shipping can be set up if you need your wheels faster. Please call StockWheels.com and speak with one of our sales associates for information and cost for expedited shipping options.
